Dr. Gupta is a public health professional with an advanced degree in public health (MPH in Tropical Health from School of Population Health University of Queensland, Australia), over 20 years experience and wide exposure in varied settings – Government, Bilateral / Multilateral and Non Government Organizations.
He has vast xperience in policy formulation, advocacy, project planning & management, implementation, capacity building, review and evaluation including community-based programs in public health, immunization, maternal and child health.
He worked in the WHO-NPSP for 7 years before joining USAID’s Maternal and Child Health Integrated Program in 2011.
